SHIPPING:

My geckos are shipped via UPS overnight delivery and will arrive at your door by either 10:30am or noon, depending on your nearest carrier. Shipping costs depend upon where you live, but generally is around $40, although shipping to the west coast (CA, WA, OR) typically costs more (as i am located in Florida). Please send a zip code along with your order so I can give you a shipping quote.

When ordering animals, be sure to give an address where you know someone will be around to receive them! You will also be provided with a tracking number for your order.

Animals are packaged in insulated boxes with heat packs if needed, depending on your local forecasted temperatures. If extreme temperatures (below 40 or above 90) are predicted, your animals will be held until weather conditions promote safe arrival. I can send 3-4 geckos per box, depending on size. Although I will do everything on my end to ensure the safe delivery of your gecko, geckos do encounter stress during the process of being shipped. Since tails can be easily lost under stress and causes no health problems, I can not exchange or refund a gecko that arrives with it's tail detatched due to shipping. This rarely happens and I have never personally known of any instance where this has happened, but it is possible.

PAYMENT:

I accept personal checks, money orders, and credit cards (via paypal). If ordering with personal check, animals will be held for 10 days until the check clears.
I am willing to work out a payment plan with you, but I do require a 25% non-refundable deposit to put your gecko(s) on hold. I will not ship until final payment has been received. If the animal is not paid in full by the time agreed upon, any and all funds collected will be considered forfeited.

MY GUARANTEES:

We stand by our animals 100%. Additionally, all animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, healthy, and eating well. If an animal arrives dead or dies within 5 days, contact me WITHIN 2 HOURS OF NOTICING THE DECEASED ANIMAL. Do not throw away the gecko. Photo documentation of the deceased animal is necessary before a refund is given, so that I can see and agree that the animal is indeed deceased. If indeed the death was not caused by improper care and/or husbandry, then we will match your gecko with a like gecko (same morph/look, etc) at no additional cost to you, or if another gecko is not currently available, a refund will be issued to you in the full amount. We also guarantee all animals are sexed properly (unless sold as unsexed or temp-sexed) and that all "100% hets" are indeed heterozygous for the trait indicated.

***Enigma Disclaimer:
If purchasing an Enigma, please know that we have carefully examined each one to the best of our ability in an effort to determine if said Enigma does indeed display any symptoms or "issues" presently associated with the Enigma gene. No Enigma sold on our site will exhibit any spins/circling/wobbling/stargazing/etc, unless otherwise noted, at which point, will be sold "As Pet Only". Additionally, please be aware that although we have made every effort possible to try and determine if an Enigma that we plan on selling displays any of these issues, sometimes a gecko not displaying any of these signs can randomly have them pop up later in life, or even after the stress of shipping. If you have purchased an Enigma advertised as not exhibiting or displaying any Issues or Symptoms, and after being in your hands a few months or years, these problems suddenly arise, we can not be held responsible. We only breed Enigmas that do not display any of these problems, in hopes of maybe one day fixing this problem, but as we all know, sometimes it can pop up out of no where. All in all, please be aware that it is our practice and morals to NOT sell an Enigma to someone that displays these symptoms and we will do everything in our power to diagnose these geckos before the sale to make it aware! It is also our business practice to disclose this information to the buyer if it has been determined that the Enigma at hand does have the "Enigma Issues".
